Subscription terms

Effective October 3, 2026. Ownership review and the Basic listing are free. Enhanced is an optional presentation subscription for one approved business listing.

Price and renewal

Enhanced Monthly costs $19 USD per month. Enhanced Yearly costs $190 USD per year, paid upfront; this saves $38 against twelve monthly payments. Both have the same features. Your subscription begins at checkout and renews automatically at the selected interval until cancelled. Selecting a plan or submitting a claim does not start billing.

What is included

A cover photo, photo gallery, expanded business description and structured service details such as service area and boat types served. Supply accurate information and photos you have permission to use. REFEVIA prepares these with you after ownership approval, then emails secure checkout when the profile is ready. The prepared profile is published after payment is confirmed, normally within two business days. Profile preparation and publishing are handled by the REFEVIA team.

Cancellation

Manage billing and cancel renewal using your checkout email. Cancel before the next renewal to stop future charges. Enhanced presentation remains available through the paid period, then the listing returns to Basic. Cancelling does not remove your approved ownership claim or business contact information. Contact REFEVIA before changing billing intervals; do not start a second subscription for the same listing.

Delivery and refunds

If REFEVIA cannot deliver the prepared enhanced presentation, we refund the affected payment. If a paid feature becomes unavailable, contact us to arrange restoration, an extension or a refund for the undelivered portion. Otherwise, cancelling renewal does not automatically refund a completed billing period. This does not limit rights that apply under law.

Directory status and advertising

Payment buys presentation features. It does not certify credentials, quality or insurance, imply endorsement, or change organic A–Z ranking. Owner approval confirms control of a listing, not provider qualifications. Advertising is a separate product and is clearly labeled.

Reply to your subscription invitation for profile changes, billing questions or delivery issues. You can also use the billing portal for invoices, payment methods and cancellation. General terms and Privacy Policy also apply.
