Marketplace role

REFEVIA Marine Requests connects buyers with independent marine businesses. REFEVIA Marine is not the seller, service provider, broker, employer or party to transactions arranged through the marketplace.

Buyer responsibilities

Submit truthful requests, protect your private tracking link, independently evaluate offers and confirm pricing, compatibility, credentials, insurance and availability before paying or hiring anyone.

Business responsibilities

Representatives must claim only businesses they are authorized to represent. Offers must be accurate and lawful. Approval may be suspended or revoked.

Prohibited activity

No impersonation, spam, fraud, scraping, harassment, unsafe services, unlawful products or attempts to bypass marketplace safeguards.

Disputes and liability

Buyers and businesses are responsible for their agreements, payments, performance and disputes. Use the service at your own risk and verify all material details independently.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the beta evolves. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised terms.
